About Me

I’m Elizabeth, a Certified ADHD Coach, Life Coach, and former communication specialist. For over 20 years, I helped people shine in front of the camera. Now I help them shine in their own lives.

For two decades, I guided entrepreneurs and professionals through interviews, media appearances, and public storytelling. I became known for seeing people deeply, capturing their essence, and helping them show up with clarity and confidence.

  • I no longer help people perform.

  • I help them rise.

I use a blend of the skills that shaped my early career and the specialized tools I’ve developed through my work with ADHD. I help people understand themselves deeply,  and then I help them grow into the strongest version of who they are. My work is about unlocking potential and propelling clients toward their best selves.

ADHD isn’t new to me,
it’s the world I grew up in.

  • Raised in a family of ADHDers

I was raised in a family of ADHDers, surrounded by creativity, intensity, emotional depth, and big ideas. Different wiring was normal in my home. I witnessed both the brilliance and the challenges early on, long before ADHD became widely discussed. That lived experience shaped my compassion, intuition, and curiosity.

  • Eventually, it became formal training.

I earned my ADHD Coach Certification under award-winning coach Brooke Schnittman (Forbes) and built on my foundation in life coaching and positive psychology, including studies in Happiness Management at Harvard.

My philosophy

  • ADHD is not a flaw; it’s wiring.

And when you understand your wiring, everything changes.

My coaching style is warm, grounded, and practical. Clients often describe our sessions as clarifying and empowering. I help adults with ADHD reconnect with their internal voice, understand how their brain works, and build a life that works with it.

  • ADHD brings creativity, empathy, innovation, and depth.

With the right support and structure, those qualities become strengths rather than sources of stress.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, long aware of your ADHD, or simply recognizing patterns of overwhelm, my mission is to offer clarity, stability, and momentum in a way that feels human and sustainable.

Reconnect. Realign. Rise.
